DIY Dotted Sharpie mug

Hi everyone! I made this super cute dotted sharpie mug for my 11 year old sister, Emma, for Christmas. She loved it, but then she dropped it and it broke. I decided to make a new one for her. The only thing is last time, I used normal Sharpies, instead of Sharpie Paint pens, so I got to use more colors and I didn’t bake it. I didn’t want the sharpie to wash off, so I used spray on mod-podge to seal it and it ended up blending the colors and making a cool underwater effect… And, then she broke it. 🙂 (I would advise not doing the normal sharpie, mod-podge thing though 🙂 )

Dotted sharpie mug:

Materials:

Directions:

    1. Draw your design on the mug.
    2. Let dry for a couple hours or overnight.
    3. Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. REMEMBER to put the mug before it heats up and leave it in until it’s completely cooled to prevent cracking.

Care and wash:

Hand wash the mug gently to make it last longer. The dishwasher may ruin the design.

LDS General conference bingo

Hi everyone! For my church, every six months they have a worldwide conference, one in April, one in October for the weekend. Our family likes to do general conference bingo. If they hear the word than they can mark it down. Well, we only got one printed out so my sister drew this one. I thought that someone might like to print it off. :)Lds general conference bingoCLICK HERE TO PRINT IT OFF

Mason jar water bottle gift

Hey guys! Yesterday was one of my friends birthday party’s and… I still hadn’t got a present. Luckily, we were in town so we quickly ran into Target. I found the adorable mason jar water bottle in the dollar section (yes I LOVE the dollar section) but I needed something else to go with it…. The Easter candy was on sale so I bought a bag of chocolate eggs. 🙂 Put them inside the water bottle, tie ribbon around it, score! Cute, easy present! (I know, it looks like a Halloween gift, lets just pretend it doesn’t) :)mason jar water bottle giftIf you don’t have time to wrap it, just tie a ribbon around the straw!mason jar water bottle gift topI hope you like it!

Super cute succulent pot

Hey guys! I have been dying to share this with you! The other day I went to Michael’s and target and a bunch of other places just for fun, and I knew I wanted to get a succulent plant sometime or another when I saw the cute ones on crafting{e} so I decided to go get one.P1280157.JPG

First, I went to target and got a bunch of cute Easter stuff. I also got these adorable little milk jars for my pictures!P1280170

After that we went to Michael’s. I LOVE Michael’s! It’s got crafting and baking stuff all in one! What! Awesome! Anyway, we literally spent 2 hours in Michael’s, they had a ton of great deals, almost everything was on sale! I had a 40% coupon that I had a hard time using because it was only for regular price items!P1280166.JPG

So at Michael’s they had a great deal on scrapbook paper for 20 cents a page instead of 60 cents a page, so… I got a lot of scrap book paper. Also, the scrapbook paper books that are normally $20 were only $6 so I got one of those to.P1280165

I just couldn’t resist buying these letter G’s. When I was at Michael’s, I also bought the cute little pot my succulent plant is in. P1280168.JPGSo I had a baby cakes donut maker, but it was so hard to clean that I sold it, but then I was regretting selling it because I still wanted to make donuts. Solution! get this donut PAN from world market. This will be much easier to clean because you can actually submerge it in water! Last, we went to Lowes to get my succulent plant. They are only $3 a plant there and are well worth it.

I think that this little succulent is too cute! Hope you do too!

Blog post planner/Blog to-do list

If your starting a blog, or even if you already have a blog this is the thing for you! I made this so I can get more organized with my blog/posts.blog post planner.JPGI found one on Crafting{e} but it wasn’t quite my style so I decided to make one instead! here’s the one I made.blog post plannerI created it to be this pretty mint green but the printer didn’t print it right (we all know how that goes) so it turned out as more of a blueish color but that’s OK by me its still a cute color! 🙂 When you print it out you are going to have to cut it out because its not made to be a full sized piece of paper.blog to do list.pngThere is a post planner, and a to-do list. The post planner is (obviously) to plan posts, the to-do list is to write down things you need to do in order to publish your posts. Like maybe ingredients for a recipe your doing or supplies for a craft your doing. If you would like to print them out click the link below.
